CertaShed LLC warrants the following:
10-year Labor/5-year Material Warranty
25-year Manufacturer’s Warranty on 3-tab shingles; Limited Lifetime Warranty on dimensional shingles
5/50-year Prorated Limited Warranty on LP Smartside Siding and Trim (visit lpcorp.com for full warranty terms)
CertaShed LLC, located at 496 Garlington Rd. Suite A, Greenville, SC 29615, will repair, replace, or pay for the affected part, covering the cost of repair, labor, and materials within the warranty period. All warranties are effective from the date of purchase. If a cash refund is paid on an affected part, it will be prorated from the date of purchase.
CONDITIONS
The warranty is effective only when:
The unit has been erected by CertaShed LLC in accordance with our assembly instructions.
The failure occurs while the unit is owned by the original purchaser.
CertaShed LLC has had reasonable opportunity during the sixty (60) days following receipt of notification to inspect and verify the failure prior to commencement of any repair work.
CertaShed LLC will handle all necessary painting and caulking, including shingling the roof, applying quality 100% acrylic latex exterior paint or solid-color stain to the siding with a minimum of two (2) coats, and caulking above all doors and all horizontal and vertical trim boards. Customers are not required to perform these tasks. However, the customer is responsible for any damage caused by lack of trimming of trees or vegetation that harms the roof, or damage associated with usage of equipment within the shed that intentionally or beyond reasonable wear damages the walls or floors. In such cases, CertaShed LLC will work with the customer to repair the shed to its original condition based on the specific circumstances, with costs and responsibilities determined accordingly.
REQUIREMENTS
Storage Buildings
CertaShed LLC performs all installation, painting, and caulking duties, so no action is required from the customer to validate this warranty regarding assembly or finishing. Keep vegetation trimmed away from the building to prevent damage to the roof or siding. The minimum ground clearance for siding must be one half inch (½ inch) from a concrete slab or two and one half inches (2 ½”) from the ground when the building is erected by CertaShed LLC. Water from sprinklers should be kept off the unit. In no event will CertaShed LLC be responsible for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, nor for failure(s) caused by events, acts, or omissions beyond our control, including, but not limited to, misuse, lack of vegetation maintenance leading to damage, or acts of nature. CertaShed LLC will cover the cost of repair, labor, and materials for warranted issues but will not be responsible for costs related to the contents of the structure or customer-caused damage as outlined above. Even in cases of customer responsibility, CertaShed LLC will collaborate with you to restore the shed to its original condition, tailored to the specific situation. This warranty gives you certain specific rights that vary from state to state.

The model and size of the product.
A list of the part(s) for which the claim is made.
Proof of purchase of the CertaShed LLC item, as shown on the original invoice or receipt.
